Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before enrolling in a Johnnie Walker Black Label programme or using our website. By accessing our services or submitting an enquiry, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• "Johnnie Walker Black Label", "we", "us", "our" — Johnnie Walker Black Label, operating from 30 Cecil Street, #19-08 Prudential Tower, Singapore 049712.
• "Participant", "you" — any individual who enrols in, or enquires about, a Johnnie Walker Black Label programme.
• "Programme" — any structured financial education offering delivered by Johnnie Walker Black Label.
• "Content" — all materials, workbooks, tools, and resources provided as part of a programme.
• "Agreement" — these Terms and Conditions, together with any enrolment confirmation.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an enquiry or completing enrolment, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept these Terms, you should not proceed with enrolment.

3. Description of Services

Johnnie Walker Black Label provides structured financial education programmes for individuals in Singapore. Our programmes are educational in nature and do not constitute regulated financial advice under the Financial Advisers Act (Cap. 110) of Singapore. Programme content is intended to build understanding and financial awareness — not to recommend specific investment products, insurance products, or financial decisions.

4. Enrolment and Programme Access

• Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of the programme fee and a written confirmation from Johnnie Walker Black Label.
• Programme places are limited. Confirmation of a place is subject to availability at the time of enrolment.
• Access to session materials, simulation tools, and digital resources is provided for the duration of the programme and any specified follow-up period.
• Johnnie Walker Black Label reserves the right to refuse enrolment at its reasonable discretion.

5. User Responsibilities

As a participant, you agree to:

• Engage respectfully with facilitators and other participants during sessions
• Not record sessions (audio or video) without prior written consent from Johnnie Walker Black Label
• Use programme materials for personal educational purposes only
• Provide accurate information during enrolment and enquiry
• Not disrupt the learning environment for other participants

6. Intellectual Property

All programme content, workbooks, materials, and resources are the intellectual property of Johnnie Walker Black Label. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use these materials for personal educational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, or commercialise any programme content without written permission from Johnnie Walker Black Label.

7. Payment Terms

• Programme fees are payable in Singapore Dollars (SGD) upon enrolment confirmation.
• Fees are all-inclusive of materials, tools, and sessions as described in the programme specification.
• Payment methods accepted are specified at the time of enrolment.
• Refund policy: Participants who withdraw more than 14 days before the programme start date are entitled to a full refund. Withdrawals within 14 days of the start date are non-refundable. If Johnnie Walker Black Label cancels a programme, a full refund will be issued.
• Payment plans may be available on request — terms are agreed in writing prior to enrolment.

8. Programme Delivery

• Sessions are held at our premises at Prudential Tower, Cecil Street, Singapore, unless otherwise communicated.
• Johnnie Walker Black Label reserves the right to reschedule sessions with reasonable advance notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
• Participant attendance is the participant's responsibility. Missed sessions may not be rescheduled unless Johnnie Walker Black Label is able to accommodate this at its discretion.

9. Disclaimers

Programme content is provided for educational purposes only. Johnnie Walker Black Label does not guarantee any specific financial outcomes, improved financial performance, or investment results arising from participation. Content is based on publicly available information and the facilitators' knowledge at the time of delivery and may not reflect subsequent regulatory changes. Participants should seek advice from a licensed financial adviser for decisions specific to their circumstances.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Johnnie Walker Black Label's liability for any claim arising from these Terms or programme participation is limited to the programme fee paid. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including any financial losses resulting from actions taken based on programme content.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Johnnie Walker Black Label harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of programme materials.

12. Termination

Johnnie Walker Black Label may remove a participant from a programme without refund if their conduct materially disrupts other participants or violates these Terms. You may withdraw from a programme subject to the refund policy in Section 7.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts. We encourage informal resolution before formal proceedings — please contact us at [email protected] in the first instance.

14. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and Johnnie Walker Black Label regarding programme participation.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of our right to do so in future.
• Assignment: You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without Johnnie Walker Black Label's written consent.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. For active programme enrolments, material changes will be communicated directly. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
